Founder Ashley Nance brings nearly 20 years of hospitality and event industry experience, with an extensive background in event planning, catering, logistics, vendor coordination, and client service.
We are also proud to partner with exceptional venues, caterers, and event professionals throughout the Greater Charlotte area to create customized, full-service packages. By bringing planning, venue coordination, catering, rentals, bar service coordination, and trusted vendors together, our goal is simple: to be a true one-stop shop for our clients.

Founded by Ashley Nance, a planning professional with over 15 years of experience in catering and event production, the brand is built on calm leadership, strong vendor relationships, and thoughtful execution.
Ashley has worked behind the scenes of hundreds of events throughout the Greater Charlotte area and understands how weddings truly operate — not just how they look. Her background allows her to step in seamlessly, communicate clearly with vendors, and ensure every detail is handled with care.
